Handheld non-metallic coating thickness gauge with numerical display and A/B scanning function. The principle of pulsed reflection ultrasonic thickness measurement is applicable to the measurement of ultra-thin film material or coating thickness that can make ultrasonic wave propagate in it at a constant speed and can be reflected from its back. The measurement resolution is 0.001mm, the measurement range is as thin as 0.02mm, and the thickness of the coating and the substrate can be measured simultaneously.

This product can be used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace, energy and other fields.

Main function

● Wide measuring range, minimum measuring thickness, coating 20um, maximum measuring thickness 1800mm;

● High precision thickness measurement, the highest measurement resolution up to 0.001mm; Repeatable resolution up to ±0.002mm;

● A-scan mode, B-scan mode, numerical display mode;

● With through coating and echo to echo measurement functions for measuring materials with paint and coatings on the surface;

● The coating and paint layer on some composite materials can be detected according to the different sound velocity of the material, and the thickness of each layer of more than 10 multi-layer materials can be measured at the same time, and the thickness value of each layer can be switched under the same echo;

● A variety of measurements: THIN, MB-E, E-E, Auto mode to meet the conventional thick workpiece measurement; THIN E-E mode for thin coating measurement;

● Numerical modes include conventional thickness value mode, difference/reduction rate mode and maximum value mode;
